1. Service provider

2. Test version and availability
RuthenAI is currently under development and testing. Some features, including the generation of AI responses, may be temporarily unavailable. The service may change, experience interruptions, or be limited from time to time for maintenance and system protection. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
3. Account and security
To use account features, you must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. Do not access other people's accounts or share your login credentials. Notify the service provider if you suspect that your account has been misused.
4. Conversations and AI Memory
Messages and optional AI Memory may be stored to display conversation history and personalize AI responses. You can edit or delete your AI Memory, delete conversations, or delete your account. Once the model is active, the latest messages and relevant AI Memory may be sent to a separate AI server solely to respond to your request. For more information, read our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated responses
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice. You should independently verify important information and consult a qualified professional in high-risk situations.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activities, harm to others, attempts at unauthorized access, large-scale automated requests, bypassing technical limits, or disrupting the service. The current application limits the length of individual messages, and the server may apply additional request-rate limits to protect its capacity.
7. User content
You are responsible for the content you submit and should have the right to use it. By submitting content, you permit its technical processing to the extent necessary to operate the features you choose to use. 8. Payments

9. Account deletion and access restrictions

10. Liability and changes
The service is provided with reasonable efforts to operate securely and reliably. These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
